Learn to make this classic pattern from the 1930’s. It’s fun, easy and addictive! We will learn two ways to finish the fans’ edges and will also learn liquid starch appliqué, hand appliqué and how to scallop a border. Basic rotary cutting and machine piecing skills required. Some prep work to be done before first class. Class fee includes the pattern and some class supplies, which will be given out in first class. Sewing machine required. |

| Dresden Star $36 Wednesdays Sept 3 and 17 10 am to 1 pm | In this class you will learn the tips and techniques to make the Dresden Star quilt. Construction techniques include folded “wedges” to make finished points, dimensional star points, and basic machine or hand applique using freezer paper. Sewing machine, pattern and templates required. |  |

This wonderful quilt features seven months of beautiful appliqué set amidst pieced blocks. For each of the seven months, you will get the pattern and fabrics to complete that block. Month seven is the borders and binding. Optional meeting to discuss each block at 2 pm the Tuesday the block is made available. Quilt measures 52” x 60”. Limited quantity. |

CUSTOM CLASS
Do you have a project or technique that you’ve always wanted to do? Find three others to take the class with you and we will find an instructor to teach it. Also, if there is a class you’d like to take, let us know. We are open to ideas and suggestions.Summary of CLASS POLICIES
Class registration is first come, first served.Payment is due at the time of registration.
Many classes have a minimum of 4 students.
If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued.
Most of the classes require supplies. The supply list can be picked up when you register. Please note whether or not a sewing machine is required.There is a 10% discount on class supplies.
We respect copyright laws. If a pattern or book is required, you must have your own copy of it.
